Support

MedAI is built and supported by a single developer. Response times vary with availability. For most questions, the fastest path is:

1. Check the documentation

The full open-source repository, including build instructions and design docs, is at github.com/sgireddy/MedAI.

2. Search existing issues

Many questions have already been asked and answered: github.com/sgireddy/MedAI/issues.

3. Open a new issue

For bug reports, feature requests, and general help: Open a new issue. Please include:

• Your device and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.4)
• MedAI version (visible in Settings → About)
• Steps to reproduce, if it's a bug
• Screenshots if helpful
• Never share PHI in an issue. Use redacted examples or your own synthetic test data.

Security disclosures

Found a security vulnerability? Please report it responsibly:

• Use GitHub's private security advisory feature, OR
• Open an issue marked with a brief, non-specific summary (e.g., "potential security issue, please contact privately") and the developer will reach out with a private channel.

We aim to acknowledge security reports within 7 days and patch verified vulnerabilities promptly. We do not currently offer a bug bounty, but we credit responsible disclosures in release notes.

Healthcare-provider connection issues

If MedAI can't connect to your hospital's patient portal:

• Confirm you can log into the patient portal directly (e.g., MyChart) with the same credentials.
• Confirm the provider you're selecting in MedAI matches your actual provider (some hospital systems share Epic instances).
• Check that the provider's MyChart account is fully activated (some require an in-person activation code from your first visit).
• Open a GitHub issue with the provider name and the error message (redact any PHI from screenshots).

Email

Direct email support is not currently available. Once Cloudflare Email Routing is set up, we'll add an email address here. In the meantime, please use GitHub Issues — responses there are public, which helps other users find answers to similar questions.
