Support MedAI
MedAI is free. Donations are 100 % optional and help cover the modest costs of keeping it running — currently the domain name and app store developer accounts.
Where donations go
MedAI's actual operating costs are tiny because we don't run servers that store your data. The real expenses, annually:

Anything beyond that supports more development time on MedAI itself — new EHR vendor integrations, better on-device AI models, additional languages, accessibility improvements.
How to donate
Donation infrastructure is not yet set up. When it is, we'll add buttons here for:
- GitHub Sponsors (no fees, recurring or one-time)
- Direct support via PayPal or similar
Until then, the most valuable contribution is giving the app a try when it ships, reporting bugs you find, and telling clinicians or friends who might benefit.
What donations are not
- Donations are not tax-deductible. MedAI is not a registered nonprofit and we do not issue donation receipts for tax purposes.
- Donations do not entitle you to any feature, service level, or support response that other users don't already get.
- Donations are non-refundable.
If you can't donate, that's fine
The mission is universal access. We'd rather you use the app and tell one person than not use it because you can't pay.
